You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at “Order Status” page.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed of the reason for the delay.
If you’d like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us.
We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, simply return it according to our 15 day return policy.
We believe there won’t be any need for returning the product but just in case if you need to return them, just mail them back to us within 15 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for an exchange, refund or store credit. No exchange and refund on closeout.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges incurred for returning any products.
